The first step in creating your lifestyle is to assess your health and what body systems need the most help. We have access to a short survey tool that recommends a body system to focus on and a wellness box that addresses the needs of that system. Itʻs called the Life Steps Wellness Assessment. Itʻs a simple and easy way to learn about areas of your health you can focus on and recommends Young Living products you can use.

How to Take the Health Assessment
Download the free app “Life Steps” to your phone. Search in the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. See the icon in the inset above. Open the app side menu by tapping the menu button in the top left. Tap "Wellness Assessment". Then simply follow the prompts and answer the questions to get your results immediately! You can repeat the Wellness Assessment anytime for each family member.
